About the role

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of clients, ensuring strong and long-lasting commercial relationships.
  • Identify business opportunities, promoting additional sales (cross-selling and up-selling).
  • Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate terms and monitor contract closures.
  • Monitor account performance, ensuring commercial objectives are met.
  • Act as the link between clients and internal teams (marketing, operations, support, etc.).
  • Analyze clients' needs and propose solutions aligned with their objectives.
  • Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare commercial reports.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales or account management, preferably in technology or consulting companies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Proficient in CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of office applications.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in commercial roles or account management.
  • Strong negotiation skills and results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Portuguese.
  • Ability to plan and manage priorities.
