About the role
- Manage and develop a portfolio of clients, ensuring strong and long-lasting commercial relationships.
- Identify business opportunities, promoting additional sales (cross-selling and up-selling).
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate terms and monitor contract closures.
- Monitor account performance, ensuring commercial objectives are met.
- Act as the link between clients and internal teams (marketing, operations, support, etc.).
- Analyze clients' needs and propose solutions aligned with their objectives.
- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare commercial reports.
- Track market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales or account management, preferably in technology or consulting companies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
- Proficient in CRM tools.
- Knowledge of office applications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in commercial roles or account management.
- Strong negotiation skills and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Portuguese.
- Ability to plan and manage priorities.
