• Manage the full lifecycle of every show Sales attends, including registration, booth logistics, shipping, staffing schedules, and badge scanning
• Build pre-show promotion
• Own post-show lead follow-up in partnership with Sales
• Track spend and results per show and evaluate future participation
• Recommend trade shows based on where target districts and buyers attend
• Help design and order swag
• Support product marketing with one-pagers, sales enablement materials, and messaging
• Keep marketing materials consistent and current across the team
