About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the full lifecycle of every show Sales attends, including registration, booth logistics, shipping, staffing schedules, and badge scanning
- Build pre-show promotion
- Own post-show lead follow-up in partnership with Sales
- Track spend and results per show and evaluate future participation
- Recommend trade shows based on where target districts and buyers attend
- Help design and order swag
- Support product marketing with one-pagers, sales enablement materials, and messaging
- Keep marketing materials consistent and current across the team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience planning and running trade shows or events
- Ability to own a budget and explain its results in plain numbers
- Marketing skills beyond events, such as copywriting, campaign support, or sales enablement
- Project management skills for coordinating multiple logistics components
- Ability to work closely with Sales to connect events to pipeline generation
- Willingness to travel for trade shows
- Must pass a satisfactory background check
- Must reside in a state where Droplet is currently able to hire
- Full-time commitment averaging 40 hours per week
