About the role

  • Build the overall enterprise talent management roadmap in partnership with HRBPs
  • Drive integration and coordination across all recurring and new talent management initiatives
  • Leverage external and internal research to drive experimentation and new approaches
  • Apply design thinking to improve talent management programs at Dropbox
  • Lead talent management projects from planning to delivery
  • Build collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners across the People team
  • Influence and drive alignment with cross-functional stakeholders using thoughtful change management approaches
  • Interface with the People Technology team to improve processes through tech innovation
  • Work with the People Analytics team to understand talent trends and measure effectiveness of talent management programs
  • Own people management for direct reports, including onboarding, performance management, and growth planning

Requirements

  • University degree (BA/BS)
  • 8+ years of experience in talent management or organizational development at a global, dynamic company and/or a leading management consulting firm
  • A minimum of 2 years of direct people management experience
  • Experience in performance management including talent reviews, succession planning, workforce planning, career frameworks and pathways, skills inventories and internal mobility, ideally within Workday
  • Strong critical-thinking and decision-making skills
  • Ability to flex between big picture strategic planning and in the weeds program execution excellence
  • Deep project management and execution experience with extraordinary attention to detail and exceptional data skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong executive presence
  • Experience with talent management tools and Workday, and frequent use of AI to scale productivity and improve workflows
  • Strong MS Excel and GSuite skills (GSheets, Google Slides)
