About the role
- Build the overall enterprise talent management roadmap in partnership with HRBPs
- Drive integration and coordination across all recurring and new talent management initiatives
- Leverage external and internal research to drive experimentation and new approaches
- Apply design thinking to improve talent management programs at Dropbox
- Lead talent management projects from planning to delivery
- Build collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners across the People team
- Influence and drive alignment with cross-functional stakeholders using thoughtful change management approaches
- Interface with the People Technology team to improve processes through tech innovation
- Work with the People Analytics team to understand talent trends and measure effectiveness of talent management programs
- Own people management for direct reports, including onboarding, performance management, and growth planning
Requirements
- University degree (BA/BS)
- 8+ years of experience in talent management or organizational development at a global, dynamic company and/or a leading management consulting firm
- A minimum of 2 years of direct people management experience
- Experience in performance management including talent reviews, succession planning, workforce planning, career frameworks and pathways, skills inventories and internal mobility, ideally within Workday
- Strong critical-thinking and decision-making skills
- Ability to flex between big picture strategic planning and in the weeds program execution excellence
- Deep project management and execution experience with extraordinary attention to detail and exceptional data skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong executive presence
- Experience with talent management tools and Workday, and frequent use of AI to scale productivity and improve workflows
- Strong MS Excel and GSuite skills (GSheets, Google Slides)
