About the role
- Support the GM of New Initiatives as an Executive Business Partner, managing calendar, priorities, and workflows.
- Coordinate meeting agendas, prep materials, and briefing docs; capture follow-ups and ensure execution.
- Build operating systems for the GM's office, streamline communication, track priorities, and align stakeholders.
- Plan and coordinate events, offsites, travel arrangements, and manage expense reporting.
- Liaise cross-functionally to unblock issues and surface information to drive initiatives forward.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in executive support, business operations, or a related role, ideally in a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to interact with a wide range of stakeholders.
- High integrity, discretion, and trustworthiness in handling confidential information.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt quickly to changing needs.
