About the role

  • User Support (Service Desk): Provide technical support (on-site or remote) to resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Microsoft 365 (MS365): Manage users, licenses, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and email settings in the admin center.
  • Networks and Wi‑Fi: Configure and troubleshoot local networks, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN and Wi‑Fi connectivity.
  • Infrastructure Maintenance: Install and configure laptops, desktops, printers and peripherals.
  • Ticket Management: Open, monitor and close incident and service request tickets, ensuring SLAs are met.
  • Security and Access: Manage user accounts in Active Directory (AD) or Azure AD.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in IT, Networking or related fields.
  • Previous experience in technical support.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows operating systems.
  • Basic to intermediate networking knowledge (TCP/IP, Wi‑Fi).
