About the role
- User Support (Service Desk): Provide technical support (on-site or remote) to resolve hardware and software issues.
- Microsoft 365 (MS365): Manage users, licenses, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and email settings in the admin center.
- Networks and Wi‑Fi: Configure and troubleshoot local networks, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN and Wi‑Fi connectivity.
- Infrastructure Maintenance: Install and configure laptops, desktops, printers and peripherals.
- Ticket Management: Open, monitor and close incident and service request tickets, ensuring SLAs are met.
- Security and Access: Manage user accounts in Active Directory (AD) or Azure AD.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in IT, Networking or related fields.
- Previous experience in technical support.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows operating systems.
- Basic to intermediate networking knowledge (TCP/IP, Wi‑Fi).
