About the role
- Play a pivotal role in finding the people who are crucial to our success.
- Act as an individual contributor on the front line of talent pipelining.
- Work closely with the hiring leaders to develop, drive and execute comprehensive search strategies designed to recruit roles across all skill levels.
- Set, track, and follow-up on all candidates.
- Focus on efficient, timely follow up of sourced leads to ensure the highest success rate in setting up interviews.
- Determine the type of employment and company experience the candidate is seeking and respond accordingly.
- Develop professional relationships with candidates to identify their goals and ambitions.
- Create and build positive relationships with hiring managers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience in a professional or high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience using sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed for candidate outreach and talent pipeline development.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
