About the role
- Contact customers interested in purchasing a vehicle
- Work from a centralized location
- Utilize an online database to service potential customers
- Set appointments and achieve appointment goals
- Communicate via DriveTime platforms including text, chat, and email
- Develop professional relationships with customers and dealerships
- Explain steps of the sales process to customers
- Maintain positive relationships with team members and Sales team/dealership employees
- Conduct business within DriveTime policies and procedures
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associates degree preferred
- Passionate and goal-oriented

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
