About the role
- Support sales team on all Franchisee and Customer related B2B initiatives: Supporting all aspects of the fleet sales process
- On-Boarding, Product Mapping, pricing, claim workflow, and directive creation
- Manage the daily operations of National Fleet Programs through Meineke
- Support Corporate and Franchisee coaching around the benefits of fleet
- Support Fleet Learning and Development Initiatives
- Support Customer Service issue resolution at center level
- Support Billing Reconciliation procedures for shops
- Act as a direct liaison between the National Fleet team and Meineke Franchise Employees
- Partner cross-functionally within Driven Brands with other support partners (i.e., Billing, Analytics, Procurement etc.) to maximize the fleet business
- Travel 0-10%
Requirements
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written; ability to interact in various social situations
- Ability to build and execute creative solutions to grow the Meineke fleet business
- Repair and Maintenance background preferred
- Documented success in Operations field mandatory
- Franchising experience preferred but not required
- Firm grasp of all Microsoft Office programs
- Goal oriented self-motivator
- Strong organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
