Lead teams responsible for application engineering, integrations, and data platform development, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
Establish and manage development roadmaps, balancing business priorities with technical feasibility and operational sustainability.
Partner with business stakeholders to align technology solutions with operational needs, revenue goals, and customer experience improvements.
Oversee customized platforms providing financial management, claims processing, and e-commerce capabilities, ensuring seamless integration into enterprise workflows.
Ensure high availability, performance, and security of data platforms, enabling business users to leverage insights for decision-making.
Manage relationships with third-party service providers, ensuring alignment with business needs and technology strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 15 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing enterprise technology development and delivery.
Proven expertise in enterprise application development, data engineering, solution architecture, and integrations.
Experience leading internal and external teams, managing third-party vendors, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.
Strong understanding of cloud architecture, microservices, and enterprise data strategies.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive alignment between technical teams and business leadership.
