About the role
- Deliver clear, actionable insights that inform operational decision-making
- Collaborate with AGN leadership, translating business questions into structured analysis
- Identify performance drivers and deliver recommendations that influence the business
- Partner with stakeholders across departments to understand objectives and define analytical needs
- Document business logic, assumptions, KPIs, and requirements
- Clearly communicate & deliver analysis to audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge
- Build and maintain Excel-based analytical files for decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, business, or analytical field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and analytical problem-solving
- Foundational experience writing or using SQL queries to extract and validate data
- Strong interpersonal & teamwork skills
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and strong business judgment
- 1-3 years of internship and/or professional experience in business analysis or a related field (added fuel if you have)
- Strong proficiency in querying & manipulating large datasets using SQL (added fuel if you have)
- Experience in data visualization, preferably in Tableau, Qlik or Power BI (added fuel if you have)
