About the role

  • Transform raw data into actionable insights to drive customer marketing performance
  • Work at the intersection of product development, customer success, and business intelligence
  • Lead data architecture improvements to enhance accessibility and usability
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to develop the data roadmap
  • Lead data reporting and insights for customer success in customer meetings
  • Leverage machine learning and AI to build tools and insights for customer growth

  • Contribute to attribution modelling and refinement
  • Support media planning for agency partners
  • Support Customer Services and New Business teams with data projects
  • Shape data strategy, influence product development, and build predictive models

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in marketing, digital advertising, or SaaS environments
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Experience with BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouses
  • Strong experience with data visualisation tools and dashboard creation
  • Demonstrated ability to build predictive models and conduct statistical analysis
  • Understanding of marketing metrics, attribution modeling, and customer journey analytics
  • Familiarity or experience in advanced techniques such as machine learning, MMM and propensity modelling
  • Analytical excellence and ability to derive insights from large datasets
  • Strong technical proficiency with data tools and collaboration with engineering teams
  • Communication skills to present complex findings to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proactive innovation mindset and cross-team collaboration skills
  • Passion for training and upskilling team members
