• Drive expansion and strategic development of our customer base in the automotive sector (OEMs and suppliers), including planning, execution, and monitoring of your sales targets
• Identify new projects and business opportunities with existing and new customers
• Provide application-oriented consulting to customers and prospects on our adhesive and sealant solutions — technically sound and sales-focused
• Take responsibility for the entire sales process: from the development phase through to start of production (SOP)
• Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and conclude framework agreements
• Work closely with application engineering, product management, and marketing
• Monitor market, technology, and competitor trends to identify new sales opportunities
• Conduct regular customer visits and participate in project meetings and industry events/trade shows as a visitor or exhibitor
