  • Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather actionable insights about users' motivations and preferences.
  • Develop user flows, wireframes, and sitemaps to define the structure and layout of digital interfaces, ensuring intuitive navigation and optimal user interactions.
  • Create low and high-fidelity prototypes to demonstrate and validate design solutions and iterate based on feedback.
  • Craft visually stunning and consistent UI designs that align with the overall brand identity across various platforms.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design solutions.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience as an UX/UI Designer, with a proven track record of successful projects and impactful user experiences.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI design work, including examples of projects applying Design Thinking principles.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or similar.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and information architecture.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and advocate for user needs.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is an advantage.
