About the role
- Owns a regional revenue quota inclusive of new customer acquisition and expansion revenue
- Proactively identifies, qualifies, and closes new-logo opportunities
- Actively hunts for expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
- Develops and executes a territory and prospecting strategy
- Conducts outbound prospecting and executive-level outreach
- Maintains a strong field presence, regularly visiting customer sites
- Positions DRB products, services, and best practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B field sales experience carrying a revenue quota
- Proven track record of new-logo acquisition
- Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Experience managing complex sales cycles end-to-end
- Ability to develop and execute territory plans
- CRM proficiency, preferably Salesforce
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 60–70%
