About the role
- Carries a revenue quota and drives revenue growth and market share
- Identifies, qualifies, and closes new-logo opportunities
- Actively hunts for upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Develops and executes territory and prospecting strategy
- Conducts outbound prospecting and executive-level outreach
- Maintains a strong field presence and builds relationships
- Leads discovery, demos, proposals, and negotiations
- Partners with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B field sales experience carrying a revenue quota
- Proven track record of new-logo acquisition
- Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Experience managing complex sales cycles end-to-end
- Ability to develop and execute territory plans
- Comfort working in a field-based, high-autonomy role
- CRM proficiency, preferably Salesforce
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 60–70%
