  • Carries a revenue quota and drives revenue growth and market share
  • Identifies, qualifies, and closes new-logo opportunities
  • Actively hunts for upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Develops and executes territory and prospecting strategy
  • Conducts outbound prospecting and executive-level outreach
  • Maintains a strong field presence and builds relationships
  • Leads discovery, demos, proposals, and negotiations
  • Partners with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B field sales experience carrying a revenue quota
  • Proven track record of new-logo acquisition
  • Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles end-to-end
  • Ability to develop and execute territory plans
  • Comfort working in a field-based, high-autonomy role
  • CRM proficiency, preferably Salesforce
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 60–70%
