About the role
- Lead Drata’s Agentic AI strategy and execution
- Own a multi-year AI vision that spans product lines
- Work across Product, Engineering, Design, GRC, and GTM teams
- Define success metrics and evaluation frameworks for agents
- Partner closely with Engineering and AI/ML leads on architecture and model selection
- Design MCP-based and related ecosystems of tools and data connectors
- Work with other product pillars to embed AI agents into their roadmaps
- Spend meaningful time with customers to understand jobs-to-be-done
- Create operating models for how the product org builds AI products
- Mentor and coach senior PMs
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience
- 3–5+ years building and shipping AI/ML or LLM-powered products
- At least 2+ years directly working on agentic systems, copilots, or autonomous workflows in production
- Demonstrated experience designing, deploying, and iterating AI agents in production
- Deep understanding of the agentic ecosystem and Model Context Protocol (MCP)
- Strong technical fluency: comfortable reading API docs and partnering with engineering
- Track record of defining multi-year product strategy in ambiguous domains
- Experience in B2B SaaS; familiarity with security, compliance, or risk domains is preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated customer-obsession and turning customer insights into product bets
