About the role

  • Own and manage the offboarding process, ensuring compliance with SOPs and business continuity
  • Administer severance processes including release agreements and severance guidelines
  • Manage job changes in alignment with documented SOPs
  • Oversee leave of absence administration and ensure accurate tracking and compliance
  • Support office exemption and EOI processes as needed
  • Serve as a Workday subject matter expert and provide system support
  • Create and manage new compensation elements in Workday (including weekly audits)
  • Process one-time payments (spot bonuses, retention bonuses) and ensure correct configuration and approvals
  • Support open enrollment testing and R&R testing
  • Maintain data integrity and partner on headcount tracking
  • Provide HR ticketing and HR@ inbox support
  • Administer benefits and provide employee support
  • Manage HSA/FSA reporting
  • Partner with Payroll on timesheet corrections for hourly employees, including tracking repeat issues
  • Deliver reporting support and assist with equity audits ahead of board meetings
  • Support Pave administration and total rewards operations
  • Audit HR policies and documentation to ensure compliance
  • Create, update, and document SOPs and operational processes
  • Maintain and ensure accurate employee documentation
  • Identify operational risks and proactively implement improvements
  • Partner closely with HRBPs, Total Rewards, Payroll, and Finance
  • Take first-pass ownership of complex tickets and loop in stakeholders as needed
  • Provide training on Workday processes and operational workflows
  • Support strategic People initiatives as business needs evolve

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in People Operations or HR Operations
  • Deep experience managing high-risk lifecycle processes (offboarding, severance, compliance)
  • Strong Workday proficiency, including compensation and reporting modules
  • Experience supporting benefits administration and leave management
  • Comfort working with payroll processes and compensation audits
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
  • Exceptional documentation and process creation skills
  • Strong analytical skills with experience preparing board-level or executive reporting
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to operate independently
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills
