About the role
- Drive strategic outbound prospecting campaigns to identify potential customers
- Research enterprise accounts and generate interest through cold discovery calls and email campaigns
- Qualify and manage an accurate sales pipeline
- Discover new leads through internet research and social media monitoring
- Track customer interactions in CRM (Salesforce)
- Conduct high-level conversations with C-Suite executives
- Thrive on change while remaining organized and optimistic
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales development associate or inside sales role
- Sales experience in the SaaS space is a plus
- Proven track record of success in previous roles and experiences
- Intensely curious with a desire to learn new concepts and technologies
- Self-motivated and a self-starter
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Excellent active listening skills
- Confident but self-critical with a willingness to improve
