About the role
- Drive strategic outbound prospecting campaigns to identify potential customers
- Research enterprise accounts to generate interest through cold discovery calls, email campaigns, and social selling
- Qualify and manage an accurate sales pipeline, maintaining high activity levels
- Execute outreach strategies via various channels including internet research and social media monitoring
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly metrics for meetings and qualified opportunities
- Track interactions in Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives in strategy execution
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales development associate or inside sales role
- Sales experience in the SaaS space is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial business environment
- Strong active listening skills
- Ability to conduct high-level conversations with C-Suite executives
- Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple projects
- Self-motivated and a self-starter
- Confident in skills and quality of work product
- Open to honest, action-oriented feedback
