About the role
- Define long-term product strategy aligned with business objectives
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and market analysis to identify customer pain points
- Create and maintain strategic product roadmaps with clear prioritization criteria
- Write detailed product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories
- Define and track key product metrics including user engagement, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction
- Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends
- Partner with marketing and sales teams on product launches
- Present product updates to executive leadership
- Work closely with engineering teams to understand technical constraints
Requirements
- 4+ years designing and delivering world-class software products in a Product Management role
- Experience with third-party risk management or third-party continuous monitoring
- Deep customer empathy
- Passion for identifying and solving problems with the ability to conduct effective customer interviews
- Capable of breaking down a big vision into small deliverables
- Ruthless prioritization of the backlog
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Exceptional collaboration skills working with PMs, engineers, designers, marketers, and customer success teams
- Growth mindset with a desire for continuous improvement
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills paired with a data-informed mindset
