About the role

Trend and market monitoring: You enjoy following new social media trends and current pop‑culture developments and bring ideas on how we can creatively use them for our brand.
Editorial planning: You support the creation and maintenance of our content calendar for various social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Social media management: You help keep our channels up to date, publish content, and — together with the team — manage the community.
Content coordination & production: You work closely with our social media and community managers as well as other departments and freelancers. You also support the creation of visual and written content with a focus on Meta and LinkedIn.
Analysis & optimization: You evaluate basic KPIs, learn tools and methods, and assist in the preparation of reports.
AI & innovations: You research new tools, AI applications and trends in the social media space and regularly test how we can use them effectively in our work.

You have ideally already gained 1–2 years of professional experience in social media or in a similar role.
You are interested in trends, pop culture, storytelling and creative design.
You are familiar with common social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut) or are willing to learn them quickly.
You have a basic understanding of image editing and design (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
You have initial experience with AI tools, AI agents and/or prompting.
You are fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
You are a team player and enjoy working closely with colleagues from different teams.
