About the role
- Handling service inquiries from pharmacies via email and chat
- Supporting the onboarding of pharmacies for our digital prescription service
- Managing and advising on orders, delivery status and billing questions
- Close collaboration with product and tech teams to resolve technical issues
- Documenting customer concerns in our ticketing system
- Maintaining and updating service information and internal knowledge bases
- Supporting physicians with questions about prescriptions and platform features
- Identifying recurring issues and contributing to process improvements
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for digital health solutions and modern customer service
- Initial experience in customer support, customer service, or a call center is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Basic understanding of technical systems and web platforms
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Hands-on, can-do mentality and enjoyment of teamwork
- Fluent German; English skills are a plus
