Product Specialist

• Deliver software implementation, including requirements gathering, configuration and training
• Manage multiple implementation projects and customer workstreams concurrently, balancing competing priorities while delivering to agreed timelines
• Facilitate customer workshops to understand business processes and capture detailed functional requirements
• Produce high-quality business requirements, functional specifications and implementation documentation
• Recommend best-practice business processes that maximise the value of the DRAMS solution
• Analyse, validate and cleanse large customer datasets to support data migration and system implementation
• Investigate data quality issues and work with customers to resolve inconsistencies prior to migration
• Participate in project debriefs to ensure lessons learned are carried forward to future projects
• Deliver DRAMS product training to our clients
• Deliver pre-sales product demonstrations
• Proactively develop and maintain technical expertise in relation to our products and services
• Work in partnership with clients; build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, challenging existing processes where appropriate and providing expert advice on solution design and best practice
• Be proactive in communication with clients, arranging regular calls/site visits to build strong relationships
• Identify and address gaps in product functionality, liaising with the product development team to ensure our clients’ needs are met at every stage
• Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation in line with requirements and expectation
• Provide feedback from customers to other teams to facilitate continuous improvement and innovation across the business
• Engage with the Sales & Marketing team to help promote the DRAMS product and service offering to prospective clients
• Ensure the successful delivery of the solution to meet the agreed timelines and quality
• Travel as required (50%) to our customer sites throughout Scotland, Ireland and internationally as required to fully meet the requirements of the role
• Training and onboarding new team members as required
• Stay up to date with industry trends and developments
• Perform any other reasonable duties as required by Management.
