Technical Product Manager

• Focusing on the "slow things" that let the team move fast: the decisions, definitions, and direction that engineers shouldn't need to stop for
• Participating in two-week sprint cycles, with a target of one-week sprints: thinking one sprint ahead while the current one is in flight, enabling fast feedback loops without pulling engineers into every conversation
• Leading strategic sessions: clarifying what's been decided, preventing the team from revisiting settled questions, and defending product direction under pressure
• Defining what good looks like from a user's perspective: if the product suggests Datadog alternatives, you know whether that list would make a senior buyer trust it or dismiss it, and you use that judgment to shape what we build
• Shaping how our intelligence agents reason: what they should weigh, surface, and present
• Being the team's deepest source of user understanding: through genuine ongoing proximity to the people who buy and use these products, not periodic research sprints
• Working with a generative product surface: the product composes interfaces from data and AI on demand; you define what users need to understand, not what the screen should look like
• Helping set the foundational design guardrails the team can build within: working with our designer to move from pixel-level decisions to principles that scale
• Staying at the frontier of AI-powered product development: trialling new tools and techniques, evangelising what works, and raising the bar on what fast looks like. This is a core responsibility, not a nice-to-have

Data Engineer

• Own making this run reliably.
• Evaluate and implement managed ingestion tooling (Airbyte, Meltano, or similar) for batch sources.
• Extend governance layer that's automated, not bureaucratic.
• Enable product engineers building the webapp, AI agents, and recommender system to iterate on data without needing to understand the plumbing.
• Iterate on signal weights and quality thresholds with empirical validation.
• Use AI coding tools as your primary development environment.

Senior Data Engineer

AI Engineer

• You'll be writing the AI systems that power the product — recommendation engines, research pipelines, conversational agents, structured LLM orchestration — and shipping them to production.
• Evolve how we rank and score products — the models that decide what gets recommended and why.
• Improve retrieval quality — query generation, embedding strategies, hybrid search.
• Experiment with new approaches to scoring, filtering, and personalisation.
• Optimise for cost and latency — these pipelines run on every user interaction.
• Extend the conversational AI — new capabilities, better planning, richer context.
• Own the research pipeline end-to-end — improve coverage, accuracy, and throughput.
• Own and evolve our search and retrieval infrastructure — embedding models, hybrid search, ranking.

Senior AI Engineer

Sales Development Rep

• Building and owning Dragonfly's outbound motion (sequences, messaging, targeting) from zero
• Identifying and reaching out to ICP accounts (Senior decision-makers, such as heads of function and C-suite executives, at scale-ups and medium-sized enterprises)
• Representing Dragonfly at events and roadshows, comfortable with in-person pitching and generating pipeline from physical presence
• Pre-qualifying leads and running high-level Dragonfly pitches before handoff to Sean
• Recommending and building the GTM stack, with input on what tools we use (Apollo, Clay, Dripify, or whatever you think is right)
• Working closely with Yoojin (Founder Associate) on messaging, campaigns, and feedback loops between outbound and content
