About the role
- define and execute the eCommerce strategy for DK Shop
- own and scale DK Shop and gifting P&L
- identify, prioritize and implement opportunities to improve efficiency and scale
- oversee and optimize inventory management
- build and manage relationships with vendors
- own the end-to-end operational lifecycle across merchandising and gifting
- define and track KPIs across merchandising and gifting
- partner cross-functionally to align on strategic priorities and lead a high-performing team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- at least 8 years of experience across eCommerce, retail, merchandising, or DTC businesses
- at least 4 years of leadership experience
- strong eCommerce expertise
- proven experience managing P&L
- demonstrated success managing vendors
- strong operational expertise
- exceptional attention to detail
