About the role

Lead day-to-day operations of in-play trading across multiple sports, ensuring pricing accuracy, content uptime, and optimal customer experience
Manage and develop a team of live traders and team leads, with a focus on performance, scheduling, and growth
Identify market inefficiencies or anomalies in live pricing and implement real-time risk adjustments
Collaborate across teams to support tooling enhancements, automation rollouts, and pricing model improvements
Provide feedback to improve live trading processes and product features, ensuring alignment with sportsbook goals
Maintain consistent live market coverage and delivery across all platforms and partner integrations
Monitor live trading KPIs and produce regular performance updates for leadership and stakeholders
Represent the live trading team in cross-functional discussions, partnering with Analytics, Product, and Customer Experience

At least 4 years of experience in sports trading, including team leadership responsibilities
Strong knowledge of live betting mechanics, market creation, and pricing strategies
Proficiency in tools such as Excel; familiarity with scripting or automation tools is a plus
Excellent communication skills and ability to make fast, high-stakes decisions under pressure
Strong data mindset with the ability to translate insights into operational actions
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and major sporting events as required
