About the role

  • You will drive the further development of the service and assembly organization, in particular the "Assembly/Installation" department.
  • Analyze and advance modern assembly and service technologies to increase productivity, quality and process reliability.
  • Implement new methods for plant engineering and optimize production equipment and workflows.
  • Derive and define required training measures in close coordination with training administration and the training center.
  • Manage improvement and expansion projects within the assembly organization and evaluate optimization proposals.
  • Independently develop concepts for advancing the assembly organization with a focus on quality and volume targets.

Requirements

  • Completed technical education with further qualification, e.g. state-certified technician, university of applied sciences degree, diploma or comparable qualification
  • Several years of practical experience in building services / facility engineering / energy technology or related fields with a focus on service, assembly and project execution, and an understanding of planning, control and organization of construction sites
  • Confident user of MS Office and ideally knowledge of the VOB
  • Ability to prepare content in a structured way and present it convincingly
  • Occasional willingness to travel to customers / construction sites / branch offices
