About the role

  • In the Defense and Security segment of the global Emergency & Rescue Services business unit, we offer challenging and varied responsibilities.
  • Together with an international team, you shape market success, growth and profitability in your assigned regions.
  • You professionally coordinate between the global segment organization and the countries/regions and ensure smooth collaboration.
  • You analyze trends, market requirements and competitive situations and derive strategic recommendations.
  • You identify and evaluate suitable market entry opportunities, develop new business opportunities and build trusted relationships with relevant stakeholders.
  • Through sound short- and medium-term sales and revenue forecasts, you make a significant contribution to ensuring that growth targets are met.
  • You support internal teams through workshops, training and active knowledge transfer, thereby promoting capability building in the Defense and Security business area.
  • Approximately 30% travel (predominantly within Germany).

Requirements

  • Completed degree, e.g., in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable discipline.
  • Several years of professional experience in international marketing or sales.
  • Mandatory: practical professional experience in a military environment (e.g., collaboration with the Five Eyes community).
  • Strong conceptual, strategic and analytical abilities, as well as excellent communication skills and a confident presence.
  • Excellent spoken and written English (business/negotiation fluent).
  • German language skills at least at B2 level.
