About the role

  • Help shape the future of our global supply chain!
  • As a Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d), you will further develop end-to-end logistics processes, optimize global material and information flows, and seamlessly integrate regulatory requirements — including hazardous substance and dangerous goods regulations — into efficient supply chain structures.
  • Independently develop, implement and optimize supply chain processes across the end-to-end value chain — including the associated IT systems (e.g. SAP).
  • Coordinate all supply chain stakeholders — internally (e.g. Global Service, Logistics, Environmental Management) and externally (e.g. transport and warehousing service providers).
  • Provide supply chain advisory support for product developments, particularly regarding transport, storage and packaging requirements.
  • Analyze, assess and specify strategic supply chain challenges — with a focus on efficiency, safety, compliance and digitalization.
  • Participate as a subject matter expert for the end-to-end supply chain in international transformation and optimization projects, including the strategic integration of legal requirements from the hazardous substance and dangerous goods domain (e.g. ADR, IATA, IMDG) into logistics architecture as well as master data and system landscapes.

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in supply chain management and experience with global logistics networks
  • Basic to good knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g. ADR, IATA, IMDG) and their impact on global logistics processes, or willingness to acquire in-depth knowledge
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration with an SCM focus, or a comparable qualification
Benefits
  • Attractive compensation according to the applicable collective agreement, including various special payments
  • 30 days of annual leave plus company-regulated special leave days
  • Flexible working hours
  • Mobile/home office options available
  • Contributions to (company) pension schemes
  • Individual onboarding and induction
  • Professional development opportunities and coaching
  • Private leisure and further training programs
