About the role

  • Manage and monitor loan, rental and maintenance contracts, as well as due statutory inspection intervals.
  • Receive and forward fault reports, organize scheduling and dispatch, and order accessories and ward/station supplies.
  • Maintain medical device logs in our maintenance software and provide relevant information to customers and service technicians.
  • Assist in preparing quotations and reports and in processes related to investments, including proper documentation.
  • Obtain quotes, support inventory activities and coordinate with external service providers as required.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training, e.g., office clerk or industrial clerk (m/f/d)
  • Some experience in customer service or a comparable administrative role
  • Basic technical understanding, ideally in the field of medical technology
  • Confident user of MS Office
