About the role

  • Support the Customer Experience team in responding to customers via chat, email, and phone;
  • Help clarify questions about using the system, accounting processes and financial routines;
  • Log and organize support tickets, ensuring they reach the responsible teams clearly and completely;
  • Assist with maintaining the knowledge base by reviewing and updating self-service materials;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of support by identifying recurring question patterns and areas of concern.

Requirements
