About the role
- Support the Customer Experience team in responding to customers via chat, email, and phone;
- Help clarify questions about using the system, accounting processes and financial routines;
- Log and organize support tickets, ensuring they reach the responsible teams clearly and completely;
- Assist with maintaining the knowledge base by reviewing and updating self-service materials;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of support by identifying recurring question patterns and areas of concern.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Organized and detail-oriented;
- Comfortable interacting with people; patient and empathetic;
- Willingness to learn about digital accounting and Customer Experience;
- Currently enrolled in a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
