About the role

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for active clients, providing support and guidance with empathy and clarity
  • Monitor clients’ day-to-day activities and ensure their requests are resolved within agreed timelines
  • Route requests to the appropriate teams, ensuring a smooth, seamless experience
  • Keep service records and each client’s status up to date in internal tools
  • Track deadlines and outstanding issues, keeping the client informed at all times
  • Support mid-level and senior analysts with more complex requests
  • Collaborate with Accounting, Tax, and Customer Success teams
  • Contribute ideas to improve the customer experience and optimize processes.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus
  • Previous experience in Customer Success is a plus
