About the role
- Serve as the primary point of contact for active clients, providing support and guidance with empathy and clarity
- Monitor clients’ day-to-day activities and ensure their requests are resolved within agreed timelines
- Route requests to the appropriate teams, ensuring a smooth, seamless experience
- Keep service records and each client’s status up to date in internal tools
- Track deadlines and outstanding issues, keeping the client informed at all times
- Support mid-level and senior analysts with more complex requests
- Collaborate with Accounting, Tax, and Customer Success teams
- Contribute ideas to improve the customer experience and optimize processes.
Requirements
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus
- Previous experience in Customer Success is a plus
