About the role
- Full responsibility for the Front Office and Housekeeping departments
- Ensure smooth daily operations and compliance with our quality and service standards
- Lead, motivate and develop staff, including duty and vacation scheduling
- Close cooperation with other departments, especially Engineering/Technical Services, F&B and Revenue Management
- Optimize work processes and procedures to increase efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Budget and cost control for the areas of responsibility
- Handle guest feedback and manage complaints professionally
- Implement and monitor hygiene, safety and quality policies
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree in hotel management / tourism management
- Several years of professional experience in Front Office and/or Housekeeping, ideally in a leadership role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- High service orientation and a confident, professional demeanor
- Strong organizational skills, assertiveness and commercial awareness
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
