About the role
- Working with thought leaders to translate complex or abstract ideas into polished slide decks and visual aids for communication both internally and externally
- Managing slide libraries and providing input on templates and tools
- Refining existing slide assets in alignment with brand standards
- Managing assets, files, and projects both individually and collectively with the team
- Fact-checking information and securing approvals
- Coordinating, capturing and managing photography and video libraries
- Assisting in other design work as assigned for a wide range of projects (templates, manuals, case studies, signage, blog posts, social posts, emails and other visual materials)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of related experience
- Presentation portfolio required
