About the role
- Prospect and secure new clients using proprietary technology to target high-value leads.
- Partner with Recruiters and Client Success Managers to efficiently close deals.
- Support the well-being of physicians and the communities they serve.
- Drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and effectively presenting Doximity’s suite of solutions.
- Build and maintain high-level customer relationships by deeply understanding client needs and delivering value-driven outcomes.
- Lead complex negotiations and use persuasive communication to close deals.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of sales experience with a verified history of exceeding KPIs.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to remain productive after rejection.
- Proficiency in using tech for prospecting and critical thinking to deliver solution-oriented responses.
- Clear, empathetic, and confident interpersonal skills for a quota-driven environment.
- A proactive self-starter with the determination to 'hit the ground running.'
