About the role

  • The VP, Solution Consulting plays a crucial role in revenue growth and client satisfaction by articulating technology and product positioning to both business and technical audiences throughout the pre-sales solution selling process.
  • Collaborate with Product & Technology leadership and teams to inform Doxim’s go-forward product & technology strategy.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and client-centricity within the Solutions Consulting & Sales teams.
  • Responsible for articulating the 'what, why and how' of our products and solutions to the market.
  • Collaborate with Product &Technology to establish strategy and product roadmaps aligned to the needs of the business and based on a deep understanding of what our clients need, today and in the future, in the verticals we serve.
  • Effectively articulate the purpose, value and target audience of Doxim products, as well as the goals and objectives that Doxim solutions fulfill.
  • Work closely with Sales in crafting and delivering effective proposals, presentations, demonstrations, and proofs of concept to clients and prospects.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise in the customer management communications and payments industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building, developing, influencing & transforming high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • In-depth knowledge of enterprise software, SaaS solutions, and the ability to quickly understand and communicate the value proposition of complex software systems.
  • Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset, with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop compelling solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Deep understanding of modern sales methodologies and technologies
  • Client-centric approach with a strong focus on driving client success and satisfaction.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Technology, Finance and Operations.
