About the role

  • Analyze customer’s project schedules to classify activities for internal tracking operations as well as critical path and float for inclusion in system reporting
  • Create detailed zone plans to match schedule organization and coordinate with the VDC team for zone creation
  • Perform product data analysis, analyzing and verifying data generated for customer reports from scan data compared to a 3D model using proprietary techniques developed by the Doxel
  • Maintain ongoing communication throughout the workday using Slack as the primary messaging platform along with Jira tickets
  • Conduct direct phone calls and conference calls over Zoom

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in construction scheduling, project engineering, project controls, or field coordination
  • Bachelor degree or greater in Construction Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related field; or equivalent field experience
  • Experience working on data center, hospital, complex manufacturing, biopharmaceutical, or similar projects
  • Experience with Primavera P6 scheduling software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ablity to work independently, prioritize, and drive closure on open items
  • Must be fluent in English
  • 3+ years of experience in the construction industry creating and managing project budgets (Preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in project management in the construction industry (Preferred)
  • Experience with Synchro scheduling software (Preferred)
  • Experience with construction project estimating and cost management (Preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience (Preferred)
