About the role
- Participate in a 2-3 year program offering hands-on work experience in chemical plants
- Attend community college to earn a company-paid Associate’s degree
- Report to an Apprenticeship Program Leader who will support throughout the apprenticeship program
- Troubleshoot process, product quality, safety, and environmental problems
- Perform maintenance and project work safely and efficiently
Requirements
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
- Must have completed Algebra or Technical Math and Science coursework
- Completion of Chemistry and/or Physics coursework preferred
- Must not be required to take remedial or transitional coursework
- Must be 18 years or older on or before your start date
- Current, valid US driver's license or ability to obtain one
- Must possess a TWIC card or be eligible to obtain one
- Be able to work all applicable shifts on a rotating basis (including weekends & holidays)
- Minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States
