About the role

  • Participate in a 2-3 year program offering hands-on work experience in chemical plants
  • Attend community college to earn a company-paid Associate’s degree
  • Report to an Apprenticeship Program Leader who will support throughout the apprenticeship program
  • Troubleshoot process, product quality, safety, and environmental problems
  • Perform maintenance and project work safely and efficiently

Requirements

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
  • Must have completed Algebra or Technical Math and Science coursework
  • Completion of Chemistry and/or Physics coursework preferred
  • Must not be required to take remedial or transitional coursework
  • Must be 18 years or older on or before your start date
  • Current, valid US driver's license or ability to obtain one
  • Must possess a TWIC card or be eligible to obtain one
  • Be able to work all applicable shifts on a rotating basis (including weekends & holidays)
  • Minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States
