- Own contributor communications and engagement.
- Manage contributor onboarding.
- Build and activate the contributor community.
- Lead contributor recognition and visibility.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in community engagement, community management, or customer/partner success
- Existing experience with infrastructure concepts (networking, data centers, or systems administration preferred)
- Strong written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience managing communications across multiple platforms (Slack, Telegram, Discord)
- Comfort engaging with technical audiences and translating between technical and business stakeholders
- Business development exposure or interest is a plus
