Community Manager

• Execute content and campaigns. Build short-form and long-form content calendars in coordination with comms and product. Track performance and optimize campaigns based on data and engagement metrics.
• Build a world-class community. Grow and maintain a community of chain-agnostic validators and related companies (RPCs, searchers etc.), who are the primary users of the DoubleZero protocol. Foster a community of engaged supporters for DoubleZero.
• Website / Blog / Social Channels. Help manage the brand's social presence across all channels, especially X/Twitter. Help to align the website, blog, and other marketing channels with the needs of the community.
• Be a visible owner. Be the visible point person for DoubleZero for community questions and concerns. Be an active voice on the platforms where community members already congregate (eg. X/Twitter, the Solana Validator monthly call) and create new platforms (eg. a DoubleZero Ambassador Telegram group).
• Get into constituents' shoes. Deeply understand the perspective and business motivations of node operators. Embed yourself in the validator community and "speak their language" so that you and DoubleZero have maximum credibility.
• Events. Represent DoubleZero at key industry events while working with the Head of Communications to ensure that attendance drives value for the protocol.

Network Engineer

• Contribute to positive growth of the DoubleZero community
• Interact with the DoubleZero community via Discord, Slack, and Telegram
• Respond to questions from community members clearly and thoughtfully
• Escalate product issues to the rest of the team when needed
• Moderate discussions and enforce community guidelines; remove spam, ban violators, and flag risks
• Understand the user’s perspective by learning about the validator ecosystem and speaking with users 1:1
• Track engagement, sentiment, and report on community health to leadership

Graphics Designer

• Champion DoubleZero’s visual identity and guidelines, ensuring a cohesive brand presence across platforms and media
• Produce high-quality design assets for marketing campaigns, events, digital platforms, and internal initiatives
• Evolve and expand DoubleZero’s brand systems, design language, and creative workflows
• Create marketing collateral, event graphics, product illustrations, and infographics
• Partner with internal teams to translate strategic goals into visually compelling deliverables

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process for technical and non-technical roles, with emphasis on sourcing and closing deeply technical hires such as network engineers and infrastructure specialists.
• Design and implement core people systems: onboarding, performance management, compensation frameworks, compliance, and global remote work policies.
• Collaborate with leadership and communications to position DoubleZero as a destination for blockchain and networking talent and craft narratives about mission and culture.
• Serve as a trusted partner to leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, hiring priorities, retention, and culture-building.
• Create repeatable recruiting processes, leverage AI-powered talent tools, and establish metrics-driven systems to evaluate and improve hiring and retention.
• DoubleZero increases bandwidth by filtering junk data and reduces latency by connecting filters with underutilized private fiber links in a mesh network to optimize routing.
• DoubleZero is a new Internet for distributed systems, supported by DoubleZero Foundation (adoption, decentralization, security) and Malbec Labs (technical development).
