Own the full-cycle recruiting process for technical and non-technical roles, with emphasis on sourcing and closing deeply technical hires such as network engineers and infrastructure specialists.
Design and implement core people systems: onboarding, performance management, compensation frameworks, compliance, and global remote work policies.
Collaborate with leadership and communications to position DoubleZero as a destination for blockchain and networking talent and craft narratives about mission and culture.
Serve as a trusted partner to leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, hiring priorities, retention, and culture-building.
Create repeatable recruiting processes, leverage AI-powered talent tools, and establish metrics-driven systems to evaluate and improve hiring and retention.
DoubleZero increases bandwidth by filtering junk data and reduces latency by connecting filters with underutilized private fiber links in a mesh network to optimize routing.
DoubleZero is a new Internet for distributed systems, supported by DoubleZero Foundation (adoption, decentralization, security) and Malbec Labs (technical development).
Requirements
7+ years of experience in recruiting and people operations, including at least 3 years focused on technical recruiting.
Demonstrated success hiring network engineers, infrastructure specialists, or other deeply technical roles — comfortable diving into technical requirements and evaluating candidate fit.
Experience building and leading recruiting processes in high-growth or startup environments.
Knowledge of people operations best practices, including onboarding, compensation, performance management, and compliance in remote/distributed teams.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across technical and non-technical teams.
Experience using AI and modern recruiting tools to enhance candidate sourcing and assessment is a plus.
