About the role

  • Prepare, maintain, and evolve management reports (MIS) tracking credit origination and conversion funnels, ensuring accuracy, consistency and an executive view.
  • Analyze data focused on identifying bottlenecks, incidents and optimization opportunities in credit workflows.
  • Perform performance analyses by product, monitoring metrics such as volume, conversion, approval, rejection, cycle time and profitability.
  • Develop competitive benchmark studies, evaluating product positioning, value propositions and market opportunities.
  • Work in partnership with Product, Credit, Operations and Technology teams, translating data into actionable insights.
  • Structure and monitor KPIs and dashboards, supporting continuous monitoring of results.
  • Ensure data quality, governance and standardization of the information used in analyses.
  • Support strategic decisions through exploratory analyses and executive presentations.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical profile, with ease interpreting large volumes of data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Practical knowledge and use of BigQuery / SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Previous experience in MIS, Analytics or Business Intelligence, preferably in credit, fintech, banking or techfin.
  • Experience building management reports, KPIs and funnel analyses.
  • Differentials:
  • Experience with financial credit products.
  • Experience working in high-volume data environments.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Data Studio, Tableau).
  • Ability to act consultatively, influencing strategic decisions based on data.
