Product Manager

• Acquisition & activation: optimize sign-up and conversion flows
• Onboarding: design and improve onboarding to reduce time-to-value and increase activation rates
• Retention & engagement: build and optimize engagement loops that deepen satisfaction and extend subscription lifetime
• Churn reduction: analyze user behaviors, anticipate churn and implement effective retention mechanisms
• Perceived value: increase engagement and perceived value throughout the user lifecycle
• Hypothesis-driven approach: use data, user feedback and research to rapidly formulate, prioritize and validate growth hypotheses
• A/B testing: manage the experimentation backlog and run end-to-end A/B and multivariate tests
• Analysis & reporting: build and maintain dashboards, analyze user sessions and journeys, and share actionable insights with the team
• End-to-end ownership: lead the full cycle — design, implementation, QA, results analysis and the final decision to scale or stop.
