• Support go-to-market strategy, positioning, and growth initiatives for the Flow Cytometry portfolio.
• Develop messaging and value propositions grounded in real scientific workflows, customer pain points, and buyer needs.

• Partner with demand generation and marketing operations teams to optimize campaign performance, lead quality, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.
• Own campaign strategy and execution aligned to growth objectives across both PLG and SLG motions.
• Monitor and improve conversion metrics across the full marketing funnel, from awareness and engagement through trials, purchases, leads, opportunities, and revenue.
• Support product-led growth initiatives including free trials, online purchases, self-service conversion paths, and customer onboarding programs.
• Develop programs that help users understand product value quickly and move from trial to adoption, purchase, expansion, or sales engagement.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey through automation, lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and targeted communications.
• Support strategies to grow new users, increase product adoption, and drive revenue from online and self-service channels.
• Develop compelling scientific and commercial content including webinars, blogs, customer stories, presentations, campaign assets, nurture content, and event materials.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, differentiated value for scientific audiences.

• Partner with internal SMEs and external customers to amplify success stories, use cases, and industry relevance.
• Create collateral that supports sales conversations, campaign execution, events, and customer education.
• Support website strategy, SEO, conversion optimization, and inbound marketing initiatives.
• Leverage marketing automation, segmentation, nurture programs, and lifecycle communications to improve engagement and conversion.
• Help manage and optimize the marketing database for the Flow Cytometry portfolio, including audience segmentation, data quality, campaign targeting, and list growth.
• Explore and implement AI tools and modern marketing workflows to accelerate execution, improve personalization, and scale impact.
• Support tradeshows, scientific conferences, webinars, and field marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, leads, and pipeline.
• Develop event messaging, booth support materials, presentations, and campaign assets that align with portfolio growth objectives.

Solutions Engineer

• Develop configuration: Create registration entities, data flows, task templates, data visualization experiences, and other configurations in support of developing Luma Solutions that will be delivered as part of the product
• Test and troubleshoot configuration: Perform in-team testing of configuration and assist is handing test cases to the QA group for release testing. Troubleshoot configuration to understand why it is not producing desired results.
• Contribute to documentation: Write draft documentation of configuration and workflows and collaborate with the Documentation team to develop final customer-facing documentation
• Train internal and external users: Train members of other Dotmatics teams and early customers on how to use Luma Solutions configuration and the workflows it supports
• Champion quality and best practices: Actively participate in the development of best practices for Luma configuration, and ensure these best practices are followed in the development of Luma Solutions.
• Provide input into new product features: Use new product features in Luma Solutions and provide feedback on the experience, participate in user experience testing, and provide input to the Product team about features that will enable the best Solutions
• Provide input into the Solutions roadmap: Prototype ideas for new Solutions capability and provide input on how the prototypes can inform the Solutions roadmap

• Serve as the primary liaison with Siemens and Dotmatics stakeholders
