Requirements
8+ years of 360 recruitment experience in Product & Engineering preferably in-house within SaaS or high-growth tech companies
Proven success managing multiple requisitions in fast-paced environments in SaaS software engineering
Proven success of self-sourcing and building meaningful pipelines/talent pools
Understand and track key recruiting metrics (time-to-hire, pipeline health, conversion rates, quality of hire)
Deep knowledge of multiple geos in SaaS Product & Technology talent markets
Strong communication and influencing skills
