About the role
- Work with clients to understand and document their business process requirements
- Document business requirements and translate them into design specifications
- Design and develop end-to-end supply chain process flow documentation
- Configure M3 supply chain modules in accordance with customer requirements
- Lead the development of testing scripts and scenarios
- Create and execute change management plans including training of end users in M3 supply chain functions
- Advise clients on adopting Factory Track and manage design decisions
- Build long-lasting client relationships
- Mentor junior team members
Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience with manufacturing and warehousing processes
- 5+ years of Infor M3 application configuration experience
- 3+ years of Infor M3 application implementation experience
- 5+ years in a consulting environment
- Hands-on experience with developing change management plans (including training)
- Proven track record of collecting client requirements and turning them into integrated solutions
- Experience developing and executing testing plans
- Familiarity with Infor M3 Certifications is a plus
- Client project management experience is a plus
- Experience working with Infor’s industry CloudSuites is a plus
