About the role

  • Responsible for the integrity of HR operational data within our systems.
  • Execute timely and accurate data entry of employee information and changes into the HRIS system.
  • Manage workflow submissions within the HRIS, ensuring all process steps are completed in accordance with company policies and processes.
  • Review and verify the accuracy of employee data updates, correcting discrepancies as needed to maintain data integrity.
  • Collaborate closely with HRs to validate and resolve data inconsistencies.
  • Implement quality control measures to prevent future data issues.
  • Assist HR Business Partners in gathering compensation information of relevant similar positions for reviews.
  • Support HR data collection activities, ensuring the completeness and reliability of collected information.
  • Assist in the analysis of HR data to support reporting, compliance, and decision-making processes.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Prior experience with HRIS systems (SuccessFactors is a significant advantage).
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Understanding of HR processes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
