About the role
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop new processes and investment decision making frameworks
- Drive strategic decision making in a fast paced constantly changing environment
- Oversee the financial viability and performance of our adoption and retention initiatives
- Own the quarterly planning process
- Identify and quantify key risks & opportunities in our business
- Support special projects to improve forecasting and reporting tools
- Track and analyze key business/financial KPIs
Requirements
- 6+ years of strategic finance, operational finance, FP&A, or investment banking experience at a high-growth technology startup or well-established company
- Team management experience
- Experience owning budgets for major functional areas within an organization
- Thrive in high-performance cultures
- Embrace ambiguity and rapidly changing environments
- Lead by example and indirect influence
- Proven ability to earn the trust of senior leaders
- Experience building and reviewing complex models
