Requirements
- 5+ years of sourcing and candidate development experience
- Experience supporting leadership or senior-level hiring across non-technical functions
- Deep expertise in talent research, market mapping, and candidate identification
- Strong working relationships with recruiting partners and business leaders
- Ability to cultivate diverse pipelines and long-term relationships with leadership candidates
- Self-motivated, intellectually curious, and comfortable operating with autonomy
